Daily MLS price reductions far out number new listings, contracts and closings. More and more listing agents are becoming tenant finders for their sellers as the number of vacant homes seems to increase at a record pace. Look for rent amounts this Summer and Fall to be more affordable than they have been in years. Savvy buyers can negotiate anything and everything with much success. Buyers continue to be in the driver seat, Sellers are now in the trunk.
