We have had a lot rain in the past month, this usually means a lot of crawlspaces have water in them. I can’t stress this enough, know your home inside and out. If you don’t want to go under your home and inspect for water, mud or mold then hire someone who will. Waiting until its time to sell and then discovering through a home inspection that you have a wet crawlspace can chase a buyer away and/or cost you thousand of dollars to correct. If your home is on a slab monitor the grade of your yard, water should be directed away from your home. If you live in a condo that is not a ground level unit, relax and go read a book.
