I can’t recall a more active Fall real estate market in my 17 years as a broker. Why? Interest rates are fantastic if you can qualify. Inventory is good and sellers with homes on the market in November are more than likely motivated to sell and are not just testing the waters. Home prices appear to have hit a bottom and some areas are seeing appreciation. Unemployment rates are going down, the Presidential election is just a few days away which generally bodes well for the market and the weather has been beautiful. Thinking of buying or selling?
