New Listings in the Triangle region increased 5.2 percent to 4,104. Pending Sales were up 6.7 percent to 3,154. Inventory levels fell 2.2 percent to 14,610 units.
Prices forged onward. The Median Sales Price increased 3.7 percent to $210,500. Days on Market was down 5.3 percent to 90 days. Absorption rates improved as Months Supply of Inventory was down 12.5 percent to 5.8 months.
