Hey, I’m Sunny,
I’ve proudly called North Carolina home for over 20 years and have strong roots across Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Pittsboro, and Durham. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from East Carolina University and my master’s degree in Physiology from North Carolina State University, with additional coursework at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Durham Technical Community College.
Before real estate, I spent more than 15 years working on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill at a successful dental practice, serving patients and families from across the Triangle. I began my real estate career working with D. R. Horton, gaining valuable experience in new construction before joining Dwell Real Estate in Carrboro. I’m deeply service-minded and committed to building lasting relationships while guiding my clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.

Outside of work I enjoy volunteering at my church and spending time with my family, especially with my five-year-old son. Faith, community, and family are the foundations that guide both my life and the way I serve my clients.
