Jeff Rupkalvis is a Carrboro/Chapel Hill native and lifelong resident who has spent his career serving the community he calls home. In 2010, he founded Dwell Real Estate. Jeff brings over 31 years of experience to every transaction. A recognized leader in the local real estate community, Jeff is a Past President of the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS® (OCHAR), was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2004, is a graduate of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, and received OCHAR’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2026.
